Thursday, April 12, 2007 Kimberly Williford and Christopher J. Timmermans, both of Cooper & Walinski, LPA, will be speaking to the Toledo Claims Association at the Brandywine Country Club, 6904 Salisbury Road, Maumee, Ohio at 12:00 p.m.  The topic of discussion will be Strategies for Complying With E-Discovery Under Amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Ms. Williford's practice focuses on products liability, litigation management, and electronic discovery.  She is part of the national products liability discovery team for a major manufacturer.

Mr. Timmermans received his law degree magna cum laude in 2006 from The University of Toledo College of Law.  He practices in the area of labor and employment and insurance law.  He is a member of the firm's electronic discovery group.
