Beth Wilson was invited to serve on an independent review board assembled by Vestige, Ltd., a leading provider of Computer Forensic services. On December 1, 2007, the anniversary of the changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Vestige presented awards to individuals in the legal community who have championed the use of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). The inaugural gala was highlighted by an insightful speech from the Honorable Judge James G. Carr. Cooper & Walinski attorneys Amanda Martinsek, Diane Citrino, and Jodi Spencer also attended the event in Cleveland, Ohio.
