Delbert Brent has been an employee of the Cooper & Walinski law offices for approximately 13 years.  Chris Snyder is his supervisor.  Delbert works four hours each morning.  Delbert's duties include changing light bulbs, light cleaning, keeping the parking lot clean, taking out the trash, and performing light maintenance in the offices.

In addition to being his employer, Cooper & Walinski goes above and beyond to support Delbert.  Besides his employment benefits of paid vacation time and a 401(k) plan, they assist him with his money management and help completing his income taxes each year.  Chris also makes sure that Delbert has his eye glasses on and looks professional.  Chris orders him a well-balanced lunch each day due to his diabetes.

Delbert feels that the law firm treats him "like family, always being sure to invite him to parties at the office and homes of the employees, even providing him with transportation to be sure he is included in the festivities."  The Board is extremely pleased to honor both Delbert Brent and Chris Snyder with its monthly Special Recognition Award.
