Jodi Spencer, an associate in the firm's Insurance Recovery Group, will speak at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee's 2008 CLE Seminar, a three-day event held each year in Tucson, Arizona.  The event is attended by lawyers across the nation who represent  policyholders, as well as lawyers who represent insurance companies.  Attorneys from Cooper & Walinski have participated in the annual event since 2006.  Jodi has become actively involved in the committee, serving as the co-chair of the Young Lawyers Subcommittee and has been chosen to speak at this year's event on the topic "Insurance 101: Discovery in a Coverage Case."
