The Federal Court Committee of the Toledo Bar Association is sponsoring a live seminar on the Amended Federal Court Rules on E-Discovery Thursday, March 1, 2007 at the Toledo Bar Association from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.  Accreditation 1.0 CLE credit hours.  Janet Hales, Esq. of Cooper & Walinski, LPA will be the speaker.

Ms. Hales is a partner in the firm Cooper & Walinski, LPA in Toledo, Ohio.  She is also the chair of the firm's Litigation Management Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on mass tort litigation management and strategy, and fair housing.
