Ms. Wilson practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis in employment and fair housing law. She represents plaintiffs and defendants, large and small companies, school districts, municipalities, utilities, and individuals in all aspects of case management, such as evaluating legal rights and responsibilities, drafting motions, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence, and conducting depositions, discovery, trials, appeals, and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Wilson received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of Toledo in 1993 and received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1997. She was an Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Wilson is licensed to practice in Ohio and Michigan. |
