Marguerite E. Waldo
Marguerite practices in the areas of litigation management and insurance. 

In the litigation management area, Marguerite coordinates products liability discovery nationwide for a major manufacturer, including responsibility for drafting and review of discovery motions, negotiation of protective orders, drafting and review of discovery responses, and the search for and collection of responsive documents.  Marguerite has also assisted in developing litigation efficiencies through the assessment and restructuring of national defense counsel networks and the analysis and implementation of national discovery and litigation strategies, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding document retention and protection of trade secrets.  In the insurance coverage area, Marguerite has experience representing both corporations and individuals in various coverage disputes.

Marguerite serves as co-chair on the firm's Litigation Management Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Long Range Planning Committee, and Insurance Recovery Practice Group.

Marguerite received her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Business Administration and English from Westminster College in 1998 and received her law degree cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2001. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
