| Dave practices in civil litigation, focusing primarily on commercial disputes. He has served as lead trial counsel in litigation involving insurance coverage, building construction, product liability, negligence, fraud, and general contract disputes. He also litigates and advises clients regarding the Federal Fair Credit Report Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Dave carries Martindale-Hubbell's AV rating.
Dave also serves as national coordinating counsel in asbestos litigation, managing discovery, factual investigations, settlement efforts, and trials.
Dave is a 1983 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1986. Dave is active in a variety of community and civic organizations.
