Dave is a shareholder who does civil litigation, focusing primarily on commercial disputes.  He has served as lead trial counsel in commercial, civil matters that include insurance coverage and recovery, building construction, product liability, negligence, fraud, general contract disputes, including matters arising under the Federal Fair Credit Report Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Dave also serves as national counsel conducting trial and appeals in litigation.  He also manages and develops discovery, factual investigations, and settlement efforts.

Dave is a 1983 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1986.  Dave is also active in a variety of community and civic organizations.
