| Nicole practices in the areas of litigation management and products liability litigation. Nicole serves on the National Discovery Team for a major manufacturer where her role includes overseeing the drafting and review of all discovery responses, as well as, the search for and collection of responsive documentation and materials in response to all discovery submitted by plaintiffs in certain products liability matters. She advises and assists counsel across the country with regard to various discovery issues, including developing defense strategies and responses to any disputes lodged during the discovery phase of litigation. Nicole also prepares corporate witnesses for deposition and has developed and implemented policies and procedures regarding document retention and the protection of trade secrets.
Nicole serves as the co-chair of the firm's Litigation Management Practice Group and is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group and Tort Practice Group.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1996 and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1999. She was a member of the Moot Court Team during law school.
During law school, Nicole worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James D. Jensen in the Lucas County Common Pleas Court. After graduating from law school, she spent two years at the Third District Court of Appeals as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ronald E. Hadley.
