| Miles is a shareholder who practices in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, state, local and payroll tax matters, and plan design, procedures and administration. His practice includes counseling corporate management with respect to acquiring and divesting employee benefit plans following corporate acquisitions and divestitures. His practice also includes advising plan administrators and domestic relations attorneys on matters relating to qualified domestic relations orders and qualified medical child support orders.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1967 a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1968, and received a law degree from the Detroit College of Law in 1979.
