| Christine focuses her practice primarily in complex civil litigation, including business and tort litigation. Christine has handled a broad range of matters involving Section 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, indemnity disputes, civil rights, breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, fraud, and other business torts. She also has experience in the areas of product liability and personal injury. She has litigated in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Christine has experience arbitrating commercial disputes in privately-held arbitrations, and she has practiced before the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris, France.
Before joining Cooper & Walinski in 2005, Christine was a litigation associate with Dewey Ballantine LLP (now Dewey & Leboeuf LLP) in New York, New York.
Christine received a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Providence College in 1998. She received a law degree cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2001, where she was Managing Editor of the Journal of College and University Law. While in law school, Christine participated in a summer study program at the Notre Dame London Law Centre in London, England.

Pro Bono Activities:
Christine assists the Pro Bono Legal Services Program of the Toledo Bar Association by representing victims of domestic violence at civil protection order hearings in Domestic Relations Court. In 2006, Christine received a Pro Bono Award from the TBA in recognition of her work in this area.
