Amanda Martinsek
Amanda is a shareholder and Managing Attorney of the Cleveland office of Cooper & Walinski, LPA. 

Amanda practices corporate and general civil litigation, as well as insurance coverage.  She has both defended and prosecuted shareholder derivative and direct shareholder claims.  She has also represented directors and officers in connection with claims brought pursuant to the federal securities laws and various state laws.

In addition, Amanda has extensive experience with class action litigation brought pursuant to a variety of statutes, including state and federal consumer protection statutes, state and federal antitrust laws, and mortgage recording and UCC-1 statutes.

Amanda is also experienced in litigation involving public works contracts, school law, civil rights, professional liability actions, employment claims and various contract disputes.

In addition to her expertise in the courtroom, Amanda has directed a number of internal investigations both pursuant to Sarbanes Oxley and otherwise.
