Gerald R. Kowalski
Gerry Kowalski is a civil trial lawyer.  He has tried cases involving products liability, professional malpractice, personal injury, and commercial disputes.  In 1998, he became a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  He is also a Master of the Bench of the American Inns of Court, Morrison R. Waite Chapter.  He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation and Product Liability Litigation.  He is also listed in annual editions of Ohio Super Lawyers.  In addition to his active trial practice, Gerry has also lectured to various judicial legal and educational organizations.  He carries Martindale-Hubbell's AV rating.

Gerry received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude and a law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.
