Gerry Kowalski is a shareholder who graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his law degree from that same institution in 1979. Since his admission to the bar, Gerry has been a civil trial lawyer. He has tried cases involving products liability, professional malpractice, personal injury and commercial disputes. In 1998, he became a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is also a Master of the Bench of the American Inns of Court, Morrison R. Waite Chapter and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation and Product Liability Litigation. In addition to his active trial practice, Gerry has also lectured to various judicial legal and educational organizations.
