| Mr. Johnston serves as a national coordinating counsel on product liability cases for a Fortune 500 company. His experience in litigation management includes developing trial strategy, managing nationwide discovery responses, and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial. He carries Martindale-Hubbell's AV rating.
Before joining the firm in 1973, Mr. Johnston was a trial lawyer in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice.
Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in 1967. He received a law degree from The University of Toledo in 1970 where he was a member of The University of Toledo Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Michigan, and in the United States Supreme Court.
