Kimberly is part of the national products liability discovery team for a major manufacturer.  She also has extensive experience in electronic discovery, serving as project manager for a document management platform utilized in large-scale, multi-state litigation.

Prior to joining Cooper & Walinski, Kimberly spent two years at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James L. Graham.

Kimberly received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University in 1993 and received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1998.  She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1998.
