| David is an associate practicing in the areas of business litigation, employment and labor law, and civil rights.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2001. He received a law degree magna cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2007. David was a Technical Editor for The University of Toledo Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Before earning his law degree, David worked in the music business for an independent music distributor.
