| Suzanne is a shareholder who focuses her practice on business competition and intellectual property issues. She has been involved in litigation of various unfair competition cases involving trade secrets, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, antitrust issues, defamation claims and non-competition agreements.
Significant representative cases include defense of defamation and tortious interference claims on behalf of an accounting firm and securing an injunction on behalf of a media company that owned a number of radio stations to bar a competitor’s infringing use of the mark “Moondog Coronation Ball.”
