| Heather is an associate with a diverse litigation practice. She focuses on complex civil litigation and represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Before joining Cooper & Walinski in 2008, Heather was an associate at a large Philadelphia law firm, where she represented a wide array of clients, from individuals to Fortune 100 companies. Her practice included commercial disputes involving real estate, copyright infringement, and business torts. Heather also has experience in corporate compliance, health care law, international law, and election law.
Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 1999 and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002. She was a Senior Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and a Arthur Littleton Legal Writing Instructor. Heather received Public Service awards from Penn Law in 2000, 2001, and 2002.
Heather served as law clerk to the Hon. Yvette Kane, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
